Opportunity in Inglewood - TARANAKI

Sacred Heart Church in Inglewood has partnered with Gibbons Co who is a development partner that designs and builds accessible housing for community groups. The group are proposing a new development on the church's land in central Inglewood. The proposed new homes are two-bedrooms, duplex typology (connected with another home by the internal garage) single level with accessible designs.

The design has a community, easy care gardens and low maintenance philosophy. This proposed development is an exciting new venture for the church and the Inglewood community. Planning has commenced and designs will be made available in the coming weeks. We welcome expressions of interest in purchasing a home in this new community.
